As a key member of the team, you will support large corporates and private equity funds with their acquisition, growth, and exit strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the growth plan of a well-established global M&A advisor.

The successful candidate will actively contribute to all transaction execution workstreams, including preparation of pitches, IM's, and financial models. You will also undertake financial due diligence and draft legal documentation. Additionally, you will support origination activity, including client pitches, industry/company research, and the identification and assessment of potential mandates.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
