About the Role
  • FMEA and quality control planning
  • Manufacturing capability studies and process improvement
  • In-process quality control methodology and data logging
  • Quality in automation and Factory of the Future initiatives
  • Inspection and sampling plans, as well as techniques
  • Supplier qualification and PPAP process management
  • 6 Sigma tools and methodology application
  • Concurrent engineering with product design
  • Continuous improvement of new and legacy products
  • Customer satisfaction and quality improvement
About You

The ideal candidate will have completed a Total Quality Management module as part of their degree. Beneficial experience includes working in a manufacturing environment, managing suppliers, and interpreting standards and technical drawings. A solid grasp of statistical methods in quality and process capability is essential, as well as the ability to manage metrology equipment and calibration.
