  • Tertiary degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering
  • 6-8+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer/Designer in Building Services Consulting
  • A strong technical understanding of electrical issues in a building environment
  • Leadership skills to manage a small team of engineers/drafters
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications like RBP/CPEng are advantageous but not essential.
