Job Title: Guest Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Coordinator. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is nothing short of amazing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests, handling bookings, and managing tour groups
  • Supporting event coordination and organization
  • Collaborating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced regional venue

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in guest services or a related field
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude, keen eye for detail, and passion for motivating others
