Lead Clinical Excellence in a Regional Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Regional Clinical Director. In this key position, you will drive meaningful change across regional clinics, delivering clinical excellence and best practices throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, with experience leading multiple clinic teams and mentoring others. You will be responsible for collaborating with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multiple clinic teams.
  • Collaborate with in-clinic teams to develop and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
