Job Title: Social Media and PR Specialist

This role involves executing strategic PR plans, organic social media initiatives, events, and providing tactical communication support to enhance our reputation. Key responsibilities include aligning PR and communication activities with strategic and business objectives, reviewing and adjusting strategy in collaboration with the Manager PR & Social Media, implementing and amplifying organic social media strategies, developing agency briefs and executing campaigns, including store-specific strategies, reporting progress and success to relevant stakeholders, and creating and managing internal and external media materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a complex national business, providing reputation advice across all levels, with excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with media and bloggers. Required skills and qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication, event management experience, up-to-date social media knowledge and trends, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and database management, passion for customers and the brand, strong collaboration, influencing, and organizational skills, ability to manage complex issues independently, leadership qualities, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, and confidentiality awareness.
