Senior Project Manager Role

As a senior project manager, you will lead rail systems projects within designated programs or regions to achieve budget objectives and contractual deliverables.

Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring teams to excel in assigned projects, fostering collaboration and innovation, and ensuring alignment with project delivery standards.

Project managers will conduct detailed reviews of project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements, establishing and managing project baselines within agreed timeframes.

Effective communication and reporting are essential for meeting contractual requirements, fostering collaborative relationships, and achieving project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in rail signaling design, signal construction, and signal design management to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with technical requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of project control techniques, earned value management, S-curve reporting, risk and opportunity management, and project financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Sound understanding of PMBoK, Prince2, Agile, or other appropriate project management methodology.
