Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.

This role involves building strong relationships with key clients, maintaining a high market presence, sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties in the region, and negotiating property transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic relationship-building and market positioning
  • Sell and lease commercial properties in the region, ensuring optimal returns for clients
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers, fostering a culture of continuous lead generation
  • Negotiate complex property transactions, leveraging expertise and market knowledge to secure favorable outcomes
  • Conduct site inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key account clients, delivering exceptional customer service and market insights
  • Deliver market intelligence and advice to clients, informing their investment decisions and driving business success
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional materials, to drive property sales and leasing

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial real estate, with a focus on sales and leasing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A willingness to learn and adapt within the industry
  • A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or a commitment to obtaining one)
