Job Title: Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive
  • Full-time Position

We're seeking a results-driven sales expert to lead our initiative in commercial property sales, listing, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of key clients and industry partners.
  • Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiating transactions from start to finish.
  • Conducting site inspections and duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.
