Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at the Hornsby facility. As a key member of our materials handling business, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including unloading and loading containers, completing arrival condition reports, and moving and storing stock and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and load containers
  • Complete arrival condition reports
  • Move and store stock and parts
  • Assist with pre-deliveries, including washing machinery and liaising with trucking companies for dispatch

Requirements:

  • Forklift license essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as needed
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hands
  • Reliable, punctual, motivated, and willing to take on new tasks
  • Commitment to quality and detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and positive disposition
  • Ability to use power tools, including drill, grinders, and saws
