Dedicated Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality care services to individuals living independently at home.
This position requires a skilled nurse who can deliver exceptional patient care and build strong relationships with clients in the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing wound care and general check-ups/nursing reports
Experience in home and community care is highly valued. This role would suit an RN looking to supplement their week with additional hours (approximately 10-15 hours per week).
Requirements- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification (preferred)
- Drivers Licence (required)
- National Police Check Certificate (preferred)
