Enterprise System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Support Analyst on a 12-month contract.
Your tasks will include analysis, triage, and resolution of Level 2 incidents to provide solutions that assist our HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
The role also involves team member/user administration, data integrity management, and user support through documentation and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects to ensure smooth system updates and changes.
- Perform analysis, triage, and resolution of Level 2 incidents.
- Manage team member/user administration, data integrity, and user support.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in a similar support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems.
- Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in user administration and access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
