Join Our Team as a Store Manager

We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to fill the role of Store Manager at our organisation.

  • This is a full-time position with a 38 hour week, offering flexibility in rostering and no early starts or late finishes.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

About the Role:

  • Managing daily operations, including stock management and ordering.
  • Leading a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Rostering staff and managing labor costs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinating marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
