As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success. You'll lead with passion, motivate a talented team, and ensure every customer walks away with an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in supermarket retail management, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • A track record of successfully driving sales and implementing strategies to improve store performance.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to motivate and develop your team, ensuring high standards across all areas of the store.
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, rosters, and financial performance.
  • Availability to work a flexible roster across our trading hours, including alternate weekends and some holidays.
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on retail role.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in service and performance.
  • Drive sales growth and ensure operational efficiency while managing stock levels, minimising waste, and maximising profitability.
  • Build and maintain a culture of excellence, teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Provide hands-on training and development to empower your team members.
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S, Food Safety, and other operational standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial targets, and KPIs to optimise store performance.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Create an environment where your team feels valued, inspired, and excited to come to work.
