Job Title: Retail Team Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-centric Retail Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience.
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Supporting the Manager by ensuring the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Adhere to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures.
