You will be responsible for establishing the standards, processes, and structures that will support the business's future success.

  • Create compliance, risk, and property management frameworks that underpin the company's future growth.
  • Manage office and warehouse leasing portfolios, reporting, registers, renewals, and property matters.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • 8–10+ years' experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or operational risk (construction or infrastructure sector highly regarded).
  • Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations (e.g. building, labour hire, electrical contractor licences).
  • Strong property management skills, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain compliance registers, processes, and contingency plans.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting, law, or a related field.
