About the Role

AFL Recruitment is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join our client's team as a Client Liaison Lawyer. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, providing initial legal advice and determining next steps for their personal injury claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to new client enquiries and assess the viability of their personal injury claims;
  • Provide initial legal advice and obtain instructions from clients;
  • Determine next steps for client onboarding, including execution of costs agreements and referral to relevant solicitors;
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities with new and existing clients to maximize revenue per client;
  • Check in with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements
  • Admitted lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law;

  • Proven ability to exercise good judgment and resolve problems expeditiously.
