About Our Medical Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in assessing candidates for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments for candidates applying to join the ADF.
  • Work as part of a national team of experienced doctors, supported by a dedicated bookings, administration, and nursing team.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted medical registration.
  • Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience.
  • Confidence in independent psychological assessments for adult clients.
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC) and CPR certificate.
