Pharmacy Services Coordinator Job Description

This role involves the provision and coordination of pharmaceutical services to inpatients, outpatients, and patients receiving treatment at home. The Pharmacy Services Coordinator will work closely with the Dispensary Manager to coordinate patient education and operational management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the dispensing of medications for inpatients, outpatients, and patients receiving treatment at home.
  • Collaborate with the Dispensary Manager to plan and implement patient education programs.
  • Assist in the operational management of the pharmacy, including inventory control and supply chain logistics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
