Cocktail Craftsmanship Role

As a key member of our luxury hotel team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve premium cocktails, utilizing a range of ingredients and techniques to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, making recommendations and engaging with guests to build strong relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar with premium ingredients and equipment, ensuring inventory control and optimal operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the cocktail menu, driving innovation and creativity.
  • Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
  • A deep passion for mixology, with a desire to create unforgettable drinks for guests.
  • A friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to engage and delight guests.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to craft signature cocktails and adapt to new trends while maintaining the hotel's signature style.
