As a Group Contracts Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about achieving our vision and growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing commercial risk and governance for the business, ensuring that customer, supplier, and partner contracts are balanced with contractual and commercial risk versus reward.

You will work closely with stakeholders to drive sustainable outcomes for the business, implementing a framework of continuous improvement with respect to contract management within the business. You will also serve as a conduit between the organization and Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety's Corporate Solicitors Office, ensuring that relevant stakeholders appreciate legal requirements and optimal outcomes can be achieved.

You will lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors while maintaining strong and positive relationships, ensuring that contracts are negotiated in the best interests of the business.
