Based in Port Melbourne, Victoria, our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, project delivery services and workplace solutions.

We are looking for experienced contracts coordinators to join our group to provide a key administrative support role across all operational client contracts and the respective facility management teams.

The primary focus in ensuring all contractual obligations are met, while helping coordinate reactive works operations, planned preventative maintenance works, data reporting and follow up on key priority works.

It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations.

Your duties would include

- Developing, interpreting, maintaining, reviewing, evaluating project contracts and negotiating variations
- Responding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and services
- Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects and services
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities

You will need:

- A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 12 months of "hands on" experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Very detail orientated
- Proven commercial acumen
- Excellent time management

You will be paid $73,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications
