Job Description

This entry-level production operator traineeship is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to kickstart their career in the mining industry. As a Trainee Operator, you will have the chance to hone your skills and develop new ones while working on exciting projects with our dynamic team.

Our 12-month Traineeship Operator program is designed to equip you with industry-leading training and mentorship opportunities. You will be empowered to collaborate and deliver top-tier solutions and results while working on real-world projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in the mining industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to undergo various assessments and screenings are also essential.

Requirements
  • Aged 18 years or older
  • Valid current driver's license
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests, medical assessments, National Police History checks, and other screening processes
