Portfolio Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Operations Manager to join our team at JLL. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Property and Asset Management VIC & Growthpoint Property portfolio, working closely with business line leaders and key stakeholders.
An overview of the role:
- Lead the Operations function process review and make recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of JLL processes and procedures across the portfolio.
- Champion sustainability as a core objective of property management and identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of sustainability.
- Take a leadership role in driving the implementation and ongoing procurement program for the managed portfolio.
- Proactively make recommendations to key stakeholders and Business Line Heads regarding capex requirements.
- Ensure highest standards are maintained by Property, Centre, and Operations Managers.
- Support the Risk and Compliance team in ensuring all assets have Environmental Management Plans in place.
- Provide timely reporting internally and handle ad-hoc client requests.
Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the property sector with exposure to all sectors including commercial, industrial, and retail.
- Sound knowledge of engineering practices and principles.
- Demonstrated capabilities in risk and compliance, sustainability, capital expenditure management, and incident management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Engineering degree/diploma is favourable but not essential.
