About the Role:

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as an AIN in residential aged care, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and personal resilience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective teamwork and resident engagement.
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults, coupled with a dedication to delivering exceptional care and outcomes.
