Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions and building talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions and build talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising and attracting suitable candidates through multiple forums.
- Identify future hiring needs and develop strategies and solutions.
- Remain up-to-date on the requirements of various positions in the organisation and relevant legislation.
- Answer enquiries from potential candidates and the general public about working for Respect, current job vacancies, and/or the status of an application.
- Assist with the onboarding of candidates, including confirmation of classification and relevant entitlements in accordance with Respect's Industrial Instruments.
- Assist the leadership team and hiring managers with candidate screening, assessment interpretation, and interviews, as required.
- Assist the leadership team and hiring managers undertake reference and background checking on potentially successful candidates, as required.
- Interpret customer needs while demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of the diversity of Respect business units.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment-related policies, procedures, and systems within the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the TA Manager on a range of People and Culture projects and related activities.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or previous experience in a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role - either external agency or internal.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
