About the RoleThe Senior Project Manager sits within Council's Building Projects business unit, a specialist project management team responsible for the construction of new and the upgrade of existing Council building assets, as directed by the annual Capital Works Program. The position is responsible for assigned projects and working towards organizational objectives to plan and monitor a program of capital and maintenance projects, including managing projects from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple stakeholders and effectively partner to influence decision-making.
- Develop and improve strategic plans for Council's building assets.
- Exercise technical expertise in the field of building projects to deliver on key organizational outcomes.
- Prepare and monitor cost plans and budgets.
