Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement HSEQ Standards: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HSEQ standards that align with compliance and due diligence requirements.
  2. Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on HSEQ performance and progress.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety: A recognized qualification in Work Health and Safety is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of Legislation and Industry Requirements: A strong understanding of current legislation, standards, and industry requirements is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Passion for HSEQ: A passion for excellent health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes is a must.
