This position involves delivering high-quality support services to various business areas, with a focus on claims handling processes.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of insurance and reinsurance sectors is crucial, along with maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in claims processing.
- Maintain claims data integrity and perform regular data validations as planned.
- Reconcile payments in the database for accurate reporting.
- Maintain service standards and provide required reporting and analysis.
- Follow guidelines to prevent fluctuations in results due to inappropriate statement processing or accruals.
- Desirable tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Previous experience in life claims administration is preferred.
- High attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and exposure to MS Access.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and have a curious mindset.
