Claims Administrator Role

This position involves delivering high-quality support services to various business areas, with a focus on claims handling processes.

Developing a comprehensive understanding of insurance and reinsurance sectors is crucial, along with maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in claims processing.
  • Maintain claims data integrity and perform regular data validations as planned.
  • Reconcile payments in the database for accurate reporting.
  • Maintain service standards and provide required reporting and analysis.
  • Follow guidelines to prevent fluctuations in results due to inappropriate statement processing or accruals.
Requirements:
  • Desirable tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Previous experience in life claims administration is preferred.
Essential Skills:
  • High attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and exposure to MS Access.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have a curious mindset.
