We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager in one of our Khub stores. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the financial performance of the store, and building a high-performing team.

  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions">
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting">
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success">
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, improving overall profitability">
  • Provide clear direction to the management team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment">
  • Experience leading large and diverse teams, implementing business and individual development strategies">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines">
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control">
