Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Functional Analyst to fill this key position. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical functional & process analysis and testing expertise in all aspects of the Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business users to design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical support where needed.
  • Develop and maintain a Dynamics regression test suite, working closely with our Test Automation Engineer to convert manual scripts into automated ones.
  • Support the Product Owner in shaping the product backlog by aligning business needs with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct hands-on testing across functional, non-functional, security, and compliance areas, ensuring acceptance criteria are consistently met.
Required Skills
  • You should have ISTQB Foundation certification and demonstrated experience in Agile testing concepts, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Hands-on experience with Acurity (2+ years) and a strong understanding of superannuation systems and legislative requirements (3+ years).
  • Technical skills in MS SQL, T-SQL programming, and data manipulation tools like MS Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot).
  • Experience in automated testing tools and strategies, with a keen eye for detail in both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
