About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics AX expert to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012, with experience in customising and supporting Dynamics AX 2012 R3/R2.

This role requires strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues for users across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, work closely with internal stakeholders and IT functional teams, and collaborate with functional consultants for design clarifications.

The position involves monitoring and maintaining the AX support queue, ensuring technical support documents are complete, and participating in the release/upgrade implementation cycle as needed. In addition, the successful candidate will engage in discussions with functional consultants for design clarifications and ensure that functional and technical requirements are well-defined.

Key skills and competencies required for this role include API or REST services integrations, experience in requirements scoping and documentation, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for an individual with at least 4+ years of experience supporting and developing Dynamics AX 2009/2012.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
