Job Opportunity

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality operations leader to oversee the daily operations of two venues in Western Australia, leading teams, managing budgets, and aligning strategy across our front of house, kitchen, and cellar door operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the launch of a new winery venue, including the restaurant and cellar door.
  • Lead, hire, and develop passionate teams.
  • Drive operational strategy and performance across both venues.
  • Own commercial growth targets, reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder management.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to boost tourism and DTC channels.
  • Drive venue bookings, activations, events, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure alignment with brand goals, values, and customer experience standards.
  • Build relationships across the tourism and hospitality sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing hospitality, venue, or tourism operations.
  • Background in managing teams, budgets, and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in food, beverage, and/or wine environments.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences to turn one-time visitors into advocates and repeat customers.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to turn strategy into real outcomes.
  • Strong systems, reporting, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Flexibility to travel through the south-west region when needed.
