Job Role:
- Resident Medical Officers are required to provide exceptional patient care across various specialties, including Emergency Care, Surgery, General Medicine, Paediatrics, and Anaesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality inpatient care under Consultant supervision, performing thorough assessments and admitting services as needed.
- Document patient histories and physical exams meticulously, identifying and escalating concerns promptly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to discharge planning strategies.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development activities.
- Provide guidance and supervision to medical students and interns as directed.
