
Programmatic Media Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Executive to join our team and support the launch of Programmatic across our Digital Assets in Australia.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Programmatic team to implement, manage, and deliver a market-leading programmatic Out of Home offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute programmatic campaigns
Assist in optimizing, troubleshooting, and ensuring delivery of campaigns for clients
Analyze delivery and bid data to provide recommendations for buying strategies
Compile end-of-campaign reports with future recommendations
Provide clients with required specifications and simplify creative processes via their preferred DSP
Collaborate with the Programmatic Operations Manager on approving creative specs and confirming compliance
Upload and link creative to specific deals within SSP where required
Work with programmatic and wider sales teams to assist with brief responses and inventory recommendations for clients
Support sales requests from trading desks and agencies

Desirable Skills and Experience:
Prior experience in digital media, out-of-home, or digital operations is an advantage but not essential.
