Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Aboriginal Community Liaison Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local Aboriginal communities, promoting our services and programs, and ensuring we meet our social responsibility commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS: Foster positive relationships with local Aboriginal communities, promote our services and programs, and ensure we meet our social responsibility commitments.
- SERVICE DEVELOPMENT: Work closely with our teams to develop and implement new services and programs that meet the needs of Aboriginal communities.
- COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Plan and deliver community engagement activities, events, and workshops to promote our services and programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE: Proven experience working with Aboriginal communities, with a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.
- CULTURAL AWARENESS: A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture, history, and protocols.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is based in Western Australia, with opportunities to work across various locations, including Bentley, Broome, Carnarvon, Esperance, Karratha, Kununurra, and Port Hedland.
