Christmas Team Member Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Christmas team member in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop product knowledge to support sales growth and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless operations and achieve store goals.
  • Participate in training opportunities and contribute to team sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store to create a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Support other stores when needed to demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
  • Stay aware of sales targets and current performance to make informed decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Be familiar with best-selling products to support sales growth and provide excellent customer service.
