Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a sales assistant to join our team. As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
Your role will include:
- Providing warm welcomes to all customers
- Maintaining and exceeding sales KPIs
- Completing tasks correctly and on time and following company policies and procedures
- Reflecting the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrating passion for the brand
- FOLLOWING merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines in store to ensure that the brand is represented at the highest level
- Observing safety and security procedures
- Reporting any misuse or theft of stock to a member of management
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales experience in a contemporary, energetic retail environment
- To be a team player
- To be proactive and positive
- To have passion for retail
- To be adaptable to the needs of the business
