We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Analytics professional to lead our Data Analytics team. As a Data Evangelist, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and developing a data-driven culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a data strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing Data Analytics team that delivers business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's data assets and develop strategies to leverage them to drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and apply them to drive business innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in business intelligence and data science.
- 6+ years of experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
- Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and data science concepts, architecture, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
