About our brand, we're a leading global player in the watch industry. With over 500 million watches sold worldwide, our designs are constantly evolving making us the world's largest art gallery on the wrist.

The Role & Responsibilities

We seek enthusiastic individuals to support our sales targets, manage stock, and provide exceptional customer service during peak season from October to January. The role involves:

  • Selling and promoting products according to company guidelines.
  • Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and tidiness at all times.
  • Displaying products effectively to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Supporting daily and monthly stocktake and management processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with new product releases, promotions, and attending regular training sessions.
  • Providing warranty and repair assistance to customers as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays during peak season.
  • Prior experience in the watch industry is desirable but not essential.
