Seasonal Retail Consultant Job Description

Seeking a Seasonal Retail Consultant to support our Myer Perth City store team across Festive Season 2025.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them to relevant products
  • Welcome visitors into the space and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience through thoughtful interactions
  • Support store teams to meet customer needs, process sales and manage stock levels with attention to presentation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming in-store experience
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Developing strong product knowledge and providing expert advice to customers
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
