We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Operations Analyst to join our Investment Operations team at Hostplus Pty. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Investment team to implement investment strategies and administer the investment portfolio.
- Analyze and report on investment performance, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, protecting our members' interests and maintaining the integrity of our operations.
- Manage key stakeholders effectively, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic investment operational tasks.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor investment performance fees, analyze fee rebates, and generate investment and asset class analytics.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, with the ability to assist in regulatory reporting, including Portfolio Holdings Disclosure.
- Effective collaboration with Custodian, Asset Consultant, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in disseminating information to ratings agencies and internal departments.
- Sound financial acumen, with the ability to monitor and manage fund cash flow and liquidity levels.
