Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Investment Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of loan portfolios on behalf of clients, including the processing of interest, drawdowns, and repayments on loan facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer loan portfolios, including processing interest, drawdowns, and repayments
  • Report loan positions to clients, borrowers, and lenders
  • Maintain unit registries
  • Calculate and issue capital calls and distributions notices
  • Monitor clients' bank accounts and identify transactions
  • Onboard new client mandates and solutions, including adoption of new technologies
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in a financial services industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of the funds industry, specifically alternative investment funds or debt products, is highly desirable
  • Good business sense and commercial acumen
  • Strong technical capacity and ability to adopt new technologies
  • Strong financial and business analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
