Job Title: Supply Planning Specialist

The role of Supply Planning Specialist involves planning the manufacture and delivery of advanced transmission systems for motorsport and automotive products.

You will be responsible for detailed manufacturing capacity planning to ensure that production schedules can support business requirements. You will create and maintain a valid production schedule based on commercial demand, over the short term (0-4 months) and long-term (5 – 24 months) to ensure sufficient resource capacity is available to meet forecast requirements.

You will need to have an understanding of fundamental ERP principles with knowledge and understanding of common manufacturing techniques. You will use ERP system tools to manage job status during planning phases and respond to changes in demand.

The ideal candidate will be methodical in their approach with good attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure. Excellent organisation skills are a must and previous experience of project management would be an advantage.
