Mental Health Community Liaison Officer

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced mental health professional to deliver person-centered care in a dynamic community setting. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based treatment and case management services to adults experiencing psychiatric illnesses.
