The Job DescriptionYou will be generating and optimising employment for job seekers, creating job opportunities with effective marketing plans, inspiring and coaching job seekers to reach their employment goals, and providing ongoing support in the workplace.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to consult, negotiate, and problem-solve.
Experience in a DES or Employment Services role is desirable, but not necessary.
