Automation Journey

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to play a key role in shaping our organisation's automation journey from the ground up. As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather and document requirements, map processes using BPMN, and evaluate RPA platforms (UiPath).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Map and document processes using BPMN and other relevant methodologies.
  • Conduct platform evaluations and recommend automation solutions.
  • Define, document, and prioritise requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver automation solutions.

The role will evolve into a more technical RPA Developer position over time, with potential to manage a squad and lead automation programs end-to-end.

About You

Strong Business Analyst skills with experience engaging stakeholders and documenting requirements are essential. Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools is also required.

Candidates must be curious about process improvement and automation, comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment, and enjoy working across business analysis, delivery, and development.
