Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service professional to join our team.

  • This role involves working with a Government agency in Newcastle, assisting with an upcoming project.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers and updating customer information in the database.
  • Checking compliance of customers, booking appointments, and escalating technical calls to experienced team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment or excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly clear and concise verbal communication.
  • The ability to build customer relationships, accurate data entry, and work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
