Job Overview

This is a challenging and diverse role that involves collaborating with global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions. As a Senior Entertainment Specialist, you will have a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities and be responsible for independently managing client travel requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
  • Formulating complex logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring budgets and specific requirements are met.
  • Fully servicing all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.
  • Reporting, investigating, and resolving errors or complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
  • Operating in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and TAG policies and standards.
  • Processing complex reissues and pricing records accurately and managing Quality Control (QC) procedures and tasks.
  • Managing and successfully delivering profit and sales targets in relation to own client portfolio.
  • Negotiating the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.
Main Responsibilities Highlights
  • Expertise in airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in GDS experience (Travelport preferred).
  • Versatility in booking flights, hotels, and understanding published airfares.
  • Experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients, and/or group travel.

  • Independent management of client travel requirements.
  • Collaborating with global teams to support company initiatives.
  • Anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
  • Fulfilling client travel requirements efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high-demand clientele.
