Senior Solutions Architect - Modern Work and Application Development

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization's modern work and application development practices.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of consultants in creating synergy across modern work and application development. This includes defining and delivering integrated solutions that empower clients with a modern, productive workplace while building the custom applications they need to compete.

About the Role:
  • You will drive the strategic direction of our Modern Work and Application Development practices, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client solutions.
  • You will lead and manage your team of consultants, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and day-to-day oversight to ensure they deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. You will foster a collaborative environment where consultants are empowered to grow and succeed.
  • You will manage practice growth, owning team utilization and performance by monitoring capacity, aligning resources with project demands, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • You will oversee project delivery, guiding the design, development, and delivery of solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Application Modernisation, custom applications, integrations, and generative AI.
  • You will lead pre-sales and growth, driving new business through technical pre-sales engagements, including solution architecture, client workshops, and proposal development.
  • You will build client relationships, cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Willingness to travel for client engagements when required ensures responsive and hands-on support.
  • You will actively engage in key projects, serving as a billable resource for strategic and high-value customer engagements, demonstrating expertise and setting a standard for delivery.
  • You will drive continuous improvement, championing best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and ensure the highest standards of quality.
Requirements:
  • You must have at least 6 years of experience in IT consulting, application development, or modern workplace transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • You must have proven experience in pre-sales and solution architecture with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform), Azure, and emerging technologies like generative AI.
  • You must have demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
  • You must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present compelling technical solutions.
  • You must have a strategic and innovative mindset with a track record of fostering continuous improvement.
  • You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
